I recently acquired a very nice Toro vacu-power lawn mower with Briggs and Stratton engine, model 20490 from an ad on Craigslist and there is one minor issue. The ground speed control lever is very stiff and hard to move. What is the best way to lubricate it to free it up? Thanks
