I have a mower with a Briggs and Stratton 725exi and went to use it yesterday but it seems as though its running rich maybe? It was kind of spitting out smoke from the muffler and sputtering if you will. Also when I start it without the air filter on you can see/feel some gas spraying out through the air box which tells me it's getting too much gas (confirmation please)? I put a new carb, air filter and spark plug in it a couple months ago. Does this sound like a running rich problem? and if so what are my plans of attack to fix it? something to do with the needle and seat or am i way off?
