Do they only sell these bearings and spindles together (already pressed on)? I'm having a dickens of a time just trying to find the bearings. Ordered twice and got the ones for the top of the spindle, both times. Which are smaller than the bottom bearings. The diagrams I've seen, only show the top bearing separate from the spindle.

The dimensions I'm getting with my cheap calipers are as follows
OD. 1.84
ID. .77
Thickness .55

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these bearings are the same as the Craftsman 917.270820. The hole where the bearing go into the housing is the same on Craftsman deck as it is the Husqvarna deck. Easy to find the craftsman bearings. In fact, it's a little too easy. Makes me think I'm missing something.

532129895, if I have this right, is the bottom bearing. The top bearing is 532110485.

Your old bearings should have their numbers on them
Either cast into the rubber seals or electro etched into the edge of the outer race
AFAIK they will be 6203 top & 6204 bottom
Get them from a bearing shop , a real one that you can walk into, a mower shop or an auto shop.
Bearings are the most counterfitted part on the planet.
Branding on the bearings bought on line means nothing I could buy "genuine" SKF's on line for 50¢ each in a bag of 100 .
Real SKF 6203 are $ 7.50 ( whole sale 144 boxed units in a cartons ) or $ 11.75 as single bearings.

Most of the spindle housings I sell are because some one got cheap bearings on line & they collapsed taking the blade, housing & belt with them.

So far, that's been what I have used. But I'll surely take your advice on getting new bearings.
