Hey all,

I am 100hrs (1.5 seasons) into my 54' Time Cutter HD and today noticed this tiny puncture hole in the deck that seems to be getting bigger. It is located right where the stamp pad is to climb on.

What could this be? I cleaned the deck last year, was barely dirty at all, and sharpened blades. I can recall no major blade or rock/root flexing. Very disheartening on a 5K machine.

Any advice would be great.

Lift up that rubber anti-slip pad and have a diamond-shaped patch welded over the hole.

Check what is under there.
Most foot wells have drainage holes and good chance there is one under that hole in the mat.
