Pulled this off an o l d go kart.
figured i'd get it running, and kind of "beautify" it.
99% sure no spark, sprayed carb cleaner down the plug hole, no fire. It has points and condenser ( I have never worked on one with that system), compression felt good when i pulled the rope, it may not be perfect but feels like any other small engine.
Any advice anyone can give will be helpful. I took out the plug, and the valve operation looks good. got about 10 pounds of mud dobber nest out from behind the flywheel too. Im sure that is the info tag screwed on the side.

Looks to be late '60's with a diaphragm carb no less.

got a bit deeper into it and the male threaded end of the crankshaft for the flywheel was all boogered up, threads stripped out.
i think i can find a die to fit the threads on the crank, they arent terrible, the nut is completely wiped out..
