Engine ID of riding mower Yazoo YR30 Red rider

Hello ALL.
I just got a Yazoo YR30 Red Rider in sad shape. It WAS running. It has an 11hp 400cc "Industrial Commercial cast iron bore" Briggs & Stratton motor. The Plastic pull start pulley on top
has the teeth worn out AND it needs a new starter. I can't find ANY motor id numbers so I can't check on parts. ALL help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

Look closely on the top cover, usually just above the spark plug., sometimes on the side. Etched into the metal.
