What does it take to get the blades loose for the first time onmy 48" Magnum ZT? I have tried an impact with 110lbs. of air and also a 3/4" ratchet with a cheater on it. No luck.

They self tighten in use.
If they are really tight, chop the heads off of bolts or use a nut splitter if they are nuts.
Got to resort to that a couple of times a month
And we have a 1" rattle gun used for shifting 2" dia bolts on farm impliments powered by a compressor for road works and even then it is chop chop.
