Engine GT262 not turning over

Turn key no solenoid click nothing won't turn over. lights on dash on. Replace starter, solenoid, safety/key module. At first I needed to repeatedly engage the ignition key. Then adding a 50A boost to the battery from a charger to start. Then nothing. Started replacing parts as noted but am stumped as what to do next.
Anyone else have anything similar?

Power to the solenoid control wires goes in a loop from the key switch through the PTO switch through the parking brake switch then to the solenoid
Somewhere there is a break in this loop.

I strongly suggest buying the JD tech manual.
IT's purchase price is less than the cost of the perfectly good parts you have already bought.
