Gear oil leak

First time poster, lots of great info here.

I have a problem that I've not seen anyone else have.

I have a yth22v46.

It constantly pushes trans oil out the fill port. I think this is mainly due to very rough terrain in my 2 acre lawn. Any solutions to this? I made a breather tube that is at seat level so oil cannot ooze all over the trans, but now it just drips out the back till the level drops.

It's not overfilled, at least based on how full it was when new.

Either there was too much oil in there or the oil is getting way too hot, a tiny mud dauber has blocked off the vents that are there or the return reseviour area is clogged with debris.
And I have never hear of this either.

Nothing is blocked and the fan on top works. I just went off the level it had when new, which was about 1/2 inch from the top. Just seems odd and with oil all over the trans, I'm sure it's getting hotter. I degreased everything and it's still happening.
