Repairs Brand New 2019 725D ... no PTO power

Less than an hour into my first grass cutting, the PTO power cuts out. Not exactly a great feeling.

The two belts popped off the rear pulley. Seems the torsion spring popped off the Idler Arm. I can tell how the spring hooks into the arm, I'm just not sure what the other end goes into or against. I see a pin with what looks like a hole for a cotter pin or something, but nothing is on there. If you got one can you snap a pic of how your spring looks?

Brand new = Call dealer, tell them to come fix it.

That happened the minute I got off it.

It took almost two weeks to get, two weeks with no mower. I was hoping it was easy to get my jungle cut before people come over for the 4th
