I have a problem with my Troy-Bilt 12av5560711 front drive mower. It doesn't seem to have any drive. I have replaced the belt, cable, and wheels. Pull on the lever and the wheels do turn. Have adjusted the cable without success. I am disabled and use a Lawn Tractor for most of the yard. The Troy-Bilt is for places I don't feel safe using the tractor. Please help.
