Have been working the last couple of years keep my 2007 dys4500 running. Rebuilt the K46 in 2017. Deck has been really noisy so I replaced the spindles and put new gauge wheels on it. With the deck off on the garage floor I can rock the deck diagonally in one of the directions. Since the gauge wheels are new and all in the hole nearest the ground does that mean something is bent on the gauge wheel mounts? I checked the two that are screwed on and everything is tight. The other two are welded on. Don't see anything obvious causing it. Any ideas?

Thanks,
V

Straitness of the deck has nothing to do with where anything is except the cutting tips of the blades.
Measure them to the ground, the bodywork means nothing

If the deck is bent it will be difficult to achieve coplanarity of all the blade tips.
