Curious what you experts believe a fair price would be for a 20 yo SWZ 48" deck. I have the opportunity to purchase a deck for as a replacement for my walk behind. My current deck is functional, but heavily corroded...and given the proper amount of TLC could be brought back to a respectable finish. However; I am at an age where I routinely put a value on my time and I dont think the refurb would cost me less than a few hundred dollars in resource time and material. As a bonus the deck (I should refer to it as a front end)has everything included (spindles, pulleys, wheels, casters etc).
As I previously stated, I dont NEED a replacement and I dont need to impress customers with looks of my equipment...I would like to know what others perceived value is going in.
