Steering Wheels Out of Alignment

Hi All,

I have an MTD garden tractor model#: 14AI808H718 THE front tires point out ward. I have taken the linkage off and tried turning the drag link in more but bottoms out. Checked the linkage bars to see if they were bent but they look straight. Not sure what to do now?

Check the steering pin bushes for wer.
They are plastic so wear quite a lot
If they are in order, cut 1/2" off the rod and thread it down furter.
