Mower deck Toro 62" Deck

My Toro Z253 deck sometimes blows some of the clippings out the front and blows back on me while moving forward and cutting. The manual shows some type of baffles that fit underneath the front of the deck but my deck does not have these baffles. Is it supposed to have the baffles and is this the cause of the blow back out the front of the deck?

see items 19 & 20 , you are correct, click on parts then first box on left click on "belts & idler arm assembly".

this is lowest price i could find for left & right baffles, part #'s left 99-2833-03 & right 99-2834-03 , make sure hardware is included, scroll down page $63.50 each.
