I bent one of the 2 blades and replaced both of them. When I manually spin blades they touch at 3 and 9 o’clock.Is there a adjustment to sync them they don’t hit? I have looked on YouTube and all over the web cant find anything. I see other makes that have to be synced

A syncronised blade system will have blades that overlap by 20% to 40%.
The blades will also have a shear pin of some sort and the blade belt will be toothed like a cam shaft belt.
If a blade just kisses then the spindle housing is broken or the deck is bent .
On a JD with a pressed deck the latter is prime suspect.
In use the blades miss by about 1/16" .

The blades on your deck are not sync. Two things to check. First, are the part numbers on the old and new sets the same, and blades the same length? Would not be the first time I’ve seen different number or different lengths. Second, when you install them, you must make sure they are seated fully, plus centered and have no side to side play.
