I have inherited an old toro wheel horse which has been outside for 2-3 years and the plastic bonnet is covered in mould I have pressure washed it and used vinegar and baking Skoda but nothing seems to work. Would anyone know how to remove this??? Thanks.

20% bleach water, left on for several minutes, then scrubbed off.
