Walker MD High Dump is stuck in up position, no dump or up/ down hydraulics working

I have the diesel Walker MD with high dump catcher & 48” deck.

I was about to dump a full catcher but nothing happened when I flicked the dump switch. I can hear the relationship clicking but am not getting any response from the hydraulics. The 40A fuse was blown replaced that and still no go.

Any helpful tips?
