So I can 100% certify that its a 32mm nut since I just bought one and removed it lickety split. Now on to removing the flywheel. I thought I had a puller but apparently not. I'll report back once I get it off.

The engine oil level IS correct, yes?

Also, should a magnet have come loose (jamming up), you should be able to see/ hear it when gently moving the flywheel back and forth.

1 & 1/4" = 31.74mm
Put a wrecking bar under the flywheel and lever up hard
Put the bolt back in , loose 2 turns with the socket on the top.
Hit either very hard with a FBH or lay into it with an air hammer.
The flywheel will break loos from the taper.
