X310 hard starting

My X310 has been hard starting for a while, got about 65 hours on it. I read in the manual could be gas filter. This morning would'nt start at all. Can I blowout the filter, or do I need a replacement? Also what about the spark plugs' life? Time to replace them?

Hard starting means nothing when read on a computer screen.
Exactly what happens when you turn the key ?
Did you take the mower in for it's first in warranty service?
The most common non start problem with new mowers is failure to check /adjust the valve lash at the first service.
