A family member passed away and left a Hustler Shortcut 1500. I have no use for it and need to get it out of my shed but I’m a complete noob when it comes to lawn mowers. Ultimately I’m looking to see how much it is worth. It hasn’t been started in over two years and I’m not sure what year it is - where do I find the serial and VIN numbers? It has 1551 hours on it. Is there anything else you guys need me to provide? Again, just trying to gather my info so I know what I’m selling. Thanks!

Production dates 1996-2003 was considered a good mower. Check around and see what they are going for.

Anywhere from $650 to $1400 is what I found.
