Deck belt started coming off the pullies. I thought maybe I needed a new one. Bought an EOM belt, installed like the old one and according to the diagram. The belt felt loose when the lawnmower is off and the tensioner is released, and can be easily taken off the side pullies by hand. It is fine and tense when engaged but as soon as I release the tensioner it comes off the side (outer) pullies.

Don't know what to do. Please help.
