I have been reading threads about the same thing and like others said, I wanted a Honda because of the reputation.
NOT anymore. How I wish I had done the reading first. I owned 2, 4 wheel drive huskies and both were several years old when I hit a stump, yep 5 years apart but different stumps, bending the crank. However, other than turning them upside-down once a year to change the oil, blade and belt, plus an air filter, gas was all I ever did, and I mean ever in 4 years each.
I have had this Hundo for 2 months and mowed about a half acre 8 or 9 times and now, it will not roll backward. When taking it out of the shed I noticed it but mowing is a pain. Also, whoever designed the thing has never used one. If they had, they would have not went through with this one.
Anyone know how to get it to roll backwards?
