I have a 4 yr old Craftsman LT 2000. No power when key is turned on. Won't start, no headlights. New battery with full charge. Fuse under seat is good.

Is there another fuse? If not, where do I go next?

Most Craftsmans have only 1 fuse on the red wire that goes from the solenoid hot terminal to the B terminal on the key switch.
Pull the plug on the back of the key switch off and check for 12V at the Red wire.
Remember that electricitu must travel in a loop from the + through the mower & back to the - so a bad ground can cause lack of power just the same as a blown + wire.

It might be a faulty safety switch. Some lawn tractor headlights will not work unless the engine is running. That way they run off the alternator and not the battery.

Are the battery terminals clean and tight. Check to make sure the negative has a good ground and make sure the positive is good.
