They all slide off the shaft.
There is no lube - anti corrosion coatings put on the shaft so they can corrode on quite strongly.
My go to for these is to put a scissor jack between the floor & the pulley , preload the pulley then tap the end of the shaft.
I use an air hammer with a modified impact grade extension and a socket that is a close fit inside the shaft so the thread is not damaged.
Do not stick your face directly under it cause when they break free they come off quickly ( ouch ).
If the drive pulley is stuck a similar method for it .
A coat of copper anti seize on reassembly will prevent this happening in future.
