Need help selecting stand on mower

Retired. Half acre lot. Ready to mow myself, and not pay someone else to do it.

I like the idea of stand on. Any suggesti9ns on a mower? Obviously I’m considering a scag. Just need some help on a model. Does a 52” fit in a standard size pickup bed?

If anyone has suggestions on how to educate myself on various stand on mowers, I thank you in advance for the assist.

No experience with stand-on mowers but no a 52 will likely not fit between the wheel wells of a pickup truck .

Yank tanks are a bit bigger than most of what we drive down here but 42" to 44" is the limit between wheel arches here

My 48 inch walk between fits in my full sized Chevy truck no problem. I can fit a 52 incher as well but that's with the gate down and the rear wheels over the gap between the bed and gate. There's a local guy that runs a 48 inch Wright Sentar in his truck and ramps it up and down every time. It's pretty sketchy riding anything into a truck bed IMO. I always take my walk behind (hydro) up my ramps into my truck backwards so I'm never under it.
