Yes.
It will bolt strait in.
Worst case is you might have to swap over the alternator & throttle mechanism which will be a strait swap.
Get the engine then check the plug where it plugs into the mower.
If the control housings are different, undo yours, leave all the wires on then fit it to the new engine after it is installed.
