I am now buying a fair amount of parts direct from various factories in China now that the Sten's wholesaler has gone bust and Oregon has gone over the Briggs & Stratton.
IT is amazing what you see when you start searching for parts.
Tygon is only made by Saint Gobain in the USA
However a lot of Chinese wholesalers list
"plastic tube in popular yellow colour"
And
" plastic tubing printed to your specifications"

We get a lot of knock offs down here and it is fairy common to find them fitted with cellulose / PVC or PVA tubing
These will crumble, shrink or break in a very short time.

It's Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, not St Germain.

I know you are probably aware of that but others reading this may not be...

The fuel filter will probably fall off.

I always put the fuel filter on the thicker line and use the thin one for return. Doesn't make any sense the way they set it up from the factory...

Umm, wait minute. That's too easy, and it makes sense. The return line has a restrictor fitting on it anyway so the small line would work fine for that. Now I'm about upset, why didn't I think of that? Always a next time. Thanks for posting!
