There are shops that can though. May not be as cheap as buying a new "disposable" lawn tractor, but it's cheaper than purchasing a new unit with the same level of quality that one has.
Point taken. $65 to $90/hr shop fees can add up pretty quickly though.

Thanks everyone for there input and info! I bought the little tractor, it’s great so far. One day I hope to find a deck for it and get it mowing too. For now it’s a great little rig to pull that dump trailer around the property. Thanks again!

Enjoy your mower and head the warning about shifting when moving.
From the looks of that block it will have paid for itself in a very short time.
