Hi, just re-powered a 61" Scag Turf Tiger with a Kholer 25HP V twin CH25 for CH740 same updated motor.
So, after the new motor everything was working just fine for day one, motor ran fine, blades and drive. After about 4 hours of mowing suddenly the deck blades would no longer engage, nor turn, everything else, normal.

Began looking around with a volt meter and found zero volts DC in the connector at the blade clutch when blades were engaged at the operators panel. Checked both fuses, both good. Checked voltage at the clutch with clutch harness connector connected and still zero volts DC.

Anyone know where the deck blades engage switch/button is powered from, or how this can be researched as I have no clue what drives the power to the blade switch?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks...

Replace the yellow pto switch if no voltage is there. Also if it keeps frying the switches might want to check the ohms in the clutch if they are to high they will fry the pto switch often the stator and the regulator. Make sure you have a very good ground.
