I saw this too...not sure if it is your setup

Default Re: Removing lower links on BX2660
There's a plate roughly triangular in shape, that the turnbuckles attach to. In the middle of the plate is a small pin with a hairpin clip. Remove the clip and the little pin will drop out. That allows the plate to be lifted from the shaft that goes through the frame and the lower arms. Lift the plate and you'll find a bushing on either end of the shaft. Slide the bushings toward the middle of the shaft. This will allow the shaft to be slid to one side than the other, releasing the arms. Don't lose the bushings.

Finally got it off. Had to jack up the floorboard six inches for the arm to clear.

The part I am referring to is thee "Mower Rear Link RH (right Hand) #K2581-44202. It passes through the frame. The arm on the right hand side of the tractor needs to be rotated straight up in order for the triangular plates to pass through the triangular holes in the frame. But, the floor plate and fender are in the way of rotating the arm. Now, you can take all this extra stuff off the tractor to rotate the arm. But, if careful, you can jack up the floorboard slowly so as not to break anything until its high enough to rotate the arm. Then you can get the old link out. Right after installing the new link, put the bushings back in place before you connect up the Left hand mower link or there will not be enough play to install them. After that it is all downhill.
