Greetings: I'm looking for directions on how to remove the clutch on a TB 22 EC trimmer, i find zero support/info on this on youtube or anywhere on internet, I'm trying to replace the ignition coil on this trimmer and I can't figure how to remove to clutch so as to gain access to the ignition coil. thanks in advance

remove the drive tube then undo the bolts that hold the front cover in place.
Remove the spark plug turn the piston to about 2/3 up from bdc in the direction that you want to turn the clutch ( LHT from memory ).
Now stuff as much chord down the plug hole as you can and then turn the clutch to compress it.
You can now turn the clutch to remove it.
Not sure what yours looks like.
Most need a pin spannar to remove them ( bar with 2 o 3 bolts ) poking through it to engage with the clutch hub or to push the weights onto the drum to allow it to be turned.
It will respond to a smack from a hammer a lot better than arm pressure.

Some find an old socket and grind it away to make pegs then use an impact gun to remove.
