Just a couple years old, little used pressure washer won't run with choke in. Runs at half power with choke pulled. Ethanol issue? Clogged jet? I always turn off gas and let it burn through remaining before storing. I don't really know much about them, but if I know what to investigate, I'll be OK.

If it only running on half choke I’m betting the level of fuel in the float bowl is to low, caused by the float shutting off fuel flow to early. Could try to clean, rebuild, and reset float level, but at the cost of Honda carbs it is probably cheaper to purchase a new carb.

Thanks for the reply. It won't run at half choke. It will only run at full choke.

^+1.
Your time to disassemble, carburetor cleaner. compressed air req'd, memorizing the order of parts reassembly and the worry if it will run or not properly after all the work is no comparison to a ready to install cheap new carburetor.
