Kohler Help??

Hi there, Please watch video to end to see engine problem, on video I’m playing with choke to keep engine running, (needs carb cleaning), problem is that if I past half throttle sound like the engine is losing compression, almost at the end of the video sound like air is coming out from somewhere Thanks

I clean carb and still the same problem, engine does start right up and runs very smooth at idle and there is no smoke, but at high rmp it does the same as video shows at the end of the video , it will not turn off, after I turn engine off , I saw white smoke coming from the carb not sure if is normal,

Done so far:
New Plugs
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New Coils
Carb Clean
Clean flywheel magnet
