Has anyone ever heard of a 1/4" gas line fitting that can replace the shut-off fitting and be a shutoff fitting AS WELL AS a gas draining fitting. I want to be able to drain my gas tank rather than let the gas sit in the line and rot. I would attach a fitting like this to lawn mower, snow blowers, zero turn, garden tractors, etc. I'd be happy for a fitting to just drain the fuel line and I'd attach it just prior to the carb. All feedback is greatly appreciated.

So you want a 3 way valve that will at as an on off fuel tap
The act as a tank drain when turned to a different position
Finally drain the fuel line in yet another position.

Do not think there is one .
Generally you remove the fuel line from the carb and let it drain into a container or syphon the fuel out of the tank and then start the engine and allow it to starve off.

Honda's have a fuel filter in their tank which bolts in so can be removed.

You could also fit a simple union into the fuel line, undo it and allow the fuel tank to drain.
Nothing will fully drain the carb other than removing the float bowl.
