Very interested in a demo Kubota z725 mower at a local dealer that is being sold with full warranty (from date I may purchase). It is actually a 2015 model and only has 5 hours on it. It's obvious that it hasn't been used much but what concerns me is it appears to have been kept outside for quite some time. There are a few rust spots on the body. The plastic molding as well as motor is a bit faded from UV exposure. Are there any factors I should be considering knowing the motor has been exposed to rain and the elements for some time. Again, it will be sold with full 4 year warranty so maybe it isn't a concern.

Depends on how much it's discounted.

10%? Yes, a factor.

60%? No, not a factor.

Roughly 25% of brand new one... $6500 (new - $8500)

I am new to the zero turn market. How much are demo units usually discounted? One that is 2 years old but only 5 hours?
