Life happens & plans change. I purchased the new Ferris 52" 27 hp. in July 2016 to keep the 5 acres mowed at the home we bought in KY in Nov 2014. My wife started commenting about how much she would like to move closer to her aging mother (92). So we just purchased a place in South Dakota and will be needing to downsize big time. (5 acres down to 1/3 of an acre, and most of that is rock landscaping.) The Ferris has been kept inside, lubed regularly, serviced at 8 hours and again at 50. The meter today is showing 63 hours.
I have at least two or three new sets of Gator blades and enough air, oil, fuel & hydraulic filters for several services that will go with the machine. I am not 100% sure when I will be selling it since I will need to maintain the KY property until the place sells. Just wondering what you guys think a fair asking price is?
