I had a bad experience with sthil product ... Not the same products they once was.....and forget getting a problem solved under warranty .....their exact word to me was I used it to much .....how can a product 18 days old be used to much.....and yes it was a part of the pro line not the homeowner line

I guess you had a bad experience by the sounds. Sounds like a dealer issue not a product issue. Thing is I really don't care what the guy buys :) it makes no difference to me. As far as calling Stihl junk goes all I can say is I have the BR 200, 380, 550, and two BR 600s and I've never had an issue with any of them. There the best in my book.

Doesn't matter to me either. Just putting my thought out there . Nothing made today is as good as it use to be before all the plastic and epa carb compliant bs . Gone from buy a product that will last to buy it use it if it breaks chunk it replace it.

my equipment gets used hours almost everyday my needs and yours aren't the same

True, you're probably mowing most of the day while I only do it 10-16 hours per week.

I got the Husqy for three reasons: the air intake doesn't get blocked by the operator during use, it has a good old-fashioned choke instead of Simple Start junk, and it has an adjustable carb so I can tune it to run properly.

The BR700 is awesome! A little heavy but when I saw the bigger ones are all within a lb of each other I went with the bigger one.

Buying 6 pack of Stihl oil doubled Warrantee to 4-years.
