B&Stop intek 24hp running rough/not running

I went and pulled the valve covers, everything looks good visually, the push rods are all in the correct location none had came loose, would a valve being out of adj. Cause issues like I'm experiencing, I haven't checked clearance only a visual test. I shot another video of the mower now the idle doesn't seem as bad as it perviously did but engaging the blades bogs the engine down extreamly and kills it now,

From the video sounds like it is running on one cylinder. determine which cylinder it is by grounding out the cylinders one at a time. If it is running and you ground out the good cylinder the engine should die. That cylinder could have a compression problem, fuel problem, meaning the carb jet for the cylinder could be clogged, or a spark problem which could be a bad module.
