Clutch control cable

Have Lawn Cheif 440 12.5 HP 39" deck that had to remove deck for repairs. In putting the deck back on saw that clutch control cable was hanging down. Where does this get reattached? Have several old mowers and keep trying to use them as long as there is any life left. Thanks for your help.


Also have a Poulan Pro 900 ZX was working well, adjusted tension relief linkage, and now pulleys do not turn when PTO engaged. What could be wrong?
