Just purchased a used 2006 John Deere 115 with a 19 HP B&S engine from a local repair shop. It's been completely serviced, belts replaced, etc. Ran well and everything seemed fine when I checked it out. Tractor was very clean and looked well maintained. Used it for the first time to mow my lawn and the engine made a knocking sound when I engaged the blades and increased the throttle. Only makes the knock at higher throttle. I have a 30 day warranty. Should I be concerned. Thank you.

If they gave you a 30 day warranty I'd sure be talking to them about the problem.

Any question about it under warranty I would address to the seller. You might want to make sure all the blades are tight and there is nothing caught up around a blade. But take it back and let them deal with it for now.
