The engine is on, when I engage pto it acts like it is trying to engage but blades won't move. I'm not even able to move by hand. Belts look good, haven't hit anything. I was just mowing and it locked up. Help please!

Is it a Turf Tiger with a 22hp Kaw or a Tiger Cat? What size deck?
I am sure that it probably is an option for a Turf Tiger but I never saw a 22hp Kaw on one while it is common on a Tiger Cat.
