I am surprised there are not threads, pictures or videos anywhere (that I could find) on adjusting the suspension on Ferris mowers. I just got a 2100Z and I am not at all impressed with the ride. Very stiff. Rides about the same as my 15 year old Simplicity Broadmoor. I haven't seen the front springs flex at all going over rough ground. The manual is pretty vague on this. Anyone have any pics or videos on how to lighten the suspension (lengthen the springs)? Thanks.

The piece at the bottom of the spring rotates around the shock. It has points and valleys. Turn it till you find the shortest valley. That will be the softest ride. Longest valley will be stiffest ride.

Thanks. Looks like it came at the lightest setting. Now I am really not impressed with the ride.
