I have a 2009 rider with a 21 hp Briggs & Stratton platinum ohv single cylinder. The float hung up and filled crankcase up with gas. I changed oil and float, now it will crank and run on high idle but give it any throttle and it starts to act like choke is on and spit raw gas out of the carb. Compression is 155 and holding so, I don't think it would be valves since compression is good. Is it possible the carb could be bad? I am at a loss as to what to do.
