One of the safety switches is faulty or the wiring between then is faulty.
The mower thinks there is no on on the mower so shuts down when the brake is relesed.
You are looking at the seat switch in particular.
Be careful as it is a grounding circuit and sending 12V down the wrong wire will fry the ignition module.
