Kohler 7000 Oil Dipstick a good design?

Hey folks, I'm new here.

I just bought a Hustler Raptor 42". It has the Kohler 7000 engine. I was surprised to see that the oil dipstick was made out of plastic and that it doesn't screw in. It just pushes into place and doesn't really seem that secure.

Am I worrying about nothing?

Will this dipstick stay in place with all the bumps and vibration?

Kohker have been using push in plastic dip sticks for ages.
If it pops out you have a problem with your breather or a blown gasket.

I have had a couple of cases where customers lost the dipstick due to getting it snagged on tree branches as they pass by
