Walker steering issue

I have a 1996 MT AND it pulls slightly to the right, also when I pull back on the right lever it struggles to turn right please advice on what the issue could be.

Sounds like your lever needs to be adjusted back just a bit. Not sure about walkers, but on my Cub there is just a bolt that allows you to slide the lever forward or back, and this is separately of the other lever.
