Howdy all, I recently picked up an Encore 36'' walk behind for repair and resell. Initially the engine could not be turned over with the pull starter, pulled the plug and air filter, sprayed PB blaster in spark plug hole and poured Marvel Mystery oil down the intake and let it set for a few hours. Removed pull starter and with a big pair of channel locks was able to break the engine free and then proceeded to turn engine over a few times with more PB and MMO. Re-installed pull starter and compression gauge, pulled a few times and only have 20 psi. Removed valve cover and checked in and ex valve operation, seems OK. Brought engine up on TDC and pumped air into cylinder and it leaked out the intake. I'm assuming that it's a blown head gasket. Any thoughts on this before I tear head off.
