My scag is loosing serious power, and almost cutting off when I am on a slope at about 45 degrees only with right side on the high side? This is the engine side (25 HP CV740 Kohler) with the fuel line and pump. I replaced the carb because I got a tremendous deal on a new one when I was only needing a solenoid. (Paid less than $15 diff. for a whole new carb!). Very confusing since it runs great on a level or even on a right slope. Could it be the fuel pump starting to go out? It has a new fuel filter, and when the line is removed and the key is turned on, the pump seems to pump fine. Could it be something to do with the hydraulics on the left side? Thanks for any advise in advance... D :confused:
