I have a21 hp troy built 48 inch cut and it will not go up a hill run good also I'm not sure about the spring placement I bought it used it did go up a hill when I got it but not good any help would be great

Lets start with your model number so we can see what you are trying to fix. May be a drive belt issue that needs to be replaced, but we can't give good advice without additional information.

it is a troy built 21 hp 46 inch cut pedal drive with cruse model number 13bu609h063 will not go up hill and I need a digram for the spring placement
